Upon receiving your inquiry, one of our team members will promptly reach out to gather all necessary details or, if needed, arrange a quotation appointment at your convenience. During the quotation visit, which can last from 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the project's size, we discuss the best solutions for your timber windows and doors and take accurate measurements. This visit ensures you fully understand the process and can discuss any further details with our experienced staff.

After the site inspection, we will email you a detailed quote outlining the project costs and estimated lead time. We strive to provide quotes the next day, though sometimes it may take up to three days. Once you approve the quote and decide to proceed, we will discuss the start date and request a deposit via bank transfer to secure the job. A second payment is due midway through the project, with the final balance requested within three days of completion. We may schedule an additional visit to take precise measurements after receiving the deposit if necessary.

We understand you may have additional questions before the start date, and our team is always available to provide answers and ensure you feel confident moving forward. On the first day of the project, our team will arrive at the agreed time, with our standard working hours running from 08:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Upon arrival, we take the utmost care to protect your floors, walkways, and furniture using a combination of dust sheets and Correx boards. We understand that most of our work occurs in occupied homes, and our team is committed to treating your property respectfully.

Our power tools are connected to vacuums to minimise dust, and we continuously seek even more efficient organizational methods. Our team cleans up at the end of each workday, ensuring that your home is as tidy as we found. Any rubbish is removed, and all tools are packed away.

Upon completion of the project, we will review the work with you to ensure complete satisfaction—customer satisfaction is paramount to us. You will then receive a final invoice by email, which we kindly request be settled within three days of completion.
